The food at this restaurant is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. My wife ordered the fried fish, which she absolutely loved, and I had the traditional pupusas, which were quite tasty as well. However, the attitude of the waitress was disappointing. I don’t expect to become best friends with the staff, but the waitstaff seemed indifferent and uninterested in the customers. They were quite standoffish, which made for a lackluster experience. The overall atmosphere mirrored the service. Again, I don't need to be chummy with the staff, but a friendly smile and a warm welcome go a long way in making customers feel valued. If you know anything about pupusas you know they?re typically made with mozzarella cheese. It was clear this restaurant uses what we call ?queso seco? which is a dried out very salty and almost bitter cheese in their pupusas. We immediately noticed after the first bite because the smell and taste threw us off. Probably the worst tasting pupusas we?ve ever had. Food trucks around the block have better ratings in my opinion. Never again
The food is good and the customer service is decent, but the place has a musty smell that is quite unpleasant. I'm not sure if it's the damp carpets or something else, but I've been here at least five times in the past year and that smell hasn't improved. It seems like they reuse the tomato sauce, as it definitely looks like it's been mixed with the new. Overall, the food is good, but the unpleasant odor is a significant drawback.
Terrible service. I called to place my order, the lady who answered was talking to someone else at the same time she was taking my order and obviously after picking up our order we got home and the order was wrong. I asked for specific pupusas and they gave me something completely different with no flavor. Disappointing

Randomly was in the area and had their pupusas and it was fresh, hot, cheesy, and perfectly delicious. Just what I wanted. Not sure about the rest of their menu, but their pupusas are on point. This is a place where a lot of locals go and their staff are all Spanish speaking. Will be back again!
I ordered a beef baleada, and it was tasty and generously filled. However, I had to wait 30 minutes just for that one item, and the cashier was quite rude and yelling, which was disappointing.
I ordered takeout because I know the pupusas are delicious, but I really dislike having to beg for curtido! I got 10 pupusas and only received one tiny bag of curtido. So disappointing!
The Chicken and Chicharron Pupusa with Jalapeno and the Bean with Jalapeno were both excellent. Everything else was fantastic as well—very fresh and thoroughly enjoyable!

Wow. I didn?t get the pupusas, but the taquitos, and vegetable chicken sandwich were absolutely stunning. I adored the sandwich, the red sauce was magic.
The food is amazing but over the phone they said that it will be in 30 minutes but it ended up being 1 hour waiting for it.
