I was looking for vegan breakfast options around Moncton that opened at 8 a.m. on Happy Cow, and I came across Pur Simple. I thought it would be a great choice to take my girlfriend there for her birthday. However, we were quite disappointed to discover that there were no vegan options on the menu, even though it was listed as such. When I inquired with the server, he simply told me, "No, we don't have anything here." It was frustrating to find out they were misleadingly promoting themselves as a vegan-friendly restaurant. Not so "pure" after all.
This restaurant is situated in a bright and inviting atmosphere, featuring a menu that combines both new and traditional breakfast dishes. We sampled the chicken and waffles as well as the panko French toast topped with berries for the first time, and both were absolutely delightful. The Eggs Benedict were also quite enjoyable. Our server was attentive and friendly. The added perk of the restaurant being connected to the mall made it easy to stroll around and burn off some calories after our meal. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!
A very nice bright location with a good menu filled with new yummy breakfast options and good old regulars. New to us was the chicken and waffles and the panko French toast with berries (delicious). Eggs Benedict are always delicious too! Our server wasattentive and friendly. Plus having the restaurant attached to the mall is helpful to burn off the extra calories. Win-win!????
I spent $25, which included tax and tip, on the Eggs Benedict with fried chicken breakfast that costs $19. Coming from Toronto, where prices can be high, I found this a bit pricey for the portion size. It might be due to the upscale nature of the restaurant. However, the flavor was excellent. I would recommend it if you're open to spending a bit extra.

I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant, but I noticed there’s just one hot vegan option on the menu: a $15 avocado toast. The coffee drinks are quite enjoyable, and I’m sure the smoothies are great as well, but I would prefer more hot food options during the winter months.
Costed me 25 including tax and tips for an Eggs Benedict fried chicken breakfast 19). I come from Toronto which is expensive, but this seemed a bit much for the quantity I got. Maybe it is an upscale place. Taste was good. Will definitely recommend ifyou got the
This place is incredible! It was my first visit, and I was impressed by the variety of options, including gluten-free and vegan choices. I tried the Angus Egg Benedict, and it was delicious. Plus, they serve beer! Yes, please! The food was outstanding. A+!

Loved it. Went there for a brunch and absolutely loved the food and service. I ordered waffles and fruits with their brewed coffee, and it was very delicious. Will definitely go again to try other items on menu.
