Let's start with the food. We ordered the buffalo mac and cheese, potato salad, and smoked salmon dip from the takeout section, and we also tried the fresh-cooked Benedict. Everything was fantastic—10 out of 10! I'm really pleased that they use only olive and avocado oils, distilled water, and high-quality organic ingredients. I also love the Japanese influence, which is evident not just in the food but also in the atmosphere and the staff. It's a wonderful experience. You can actually see the kitchen from the small storefront, and the energy there is vibrant. Plus, the prices are surprisingly reasonable; I was expecting to pay much more!
This might be the best vegan restaurant I’ve ever experienced! The food and staff are fantastic! I'm from Washington D.C., where there are countless vegan options, but Pure Kitchen is a true gem that surpasses any vegan place I've visited before. The concept is incredibly refreshing; the food is not only beautifully flavored but also much healthier and less processed than what I've encountered in most other restaurants. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. There's never a wait, and everything is so well-organized. It's easy to fall in love with this place! I wish I could bring Pure Kitchen back to my hometown!
I had a very pleasant and straightforward experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly helpful with their suggestions and explanations. All the food is prepared for takeaway, and there’s a wide selection of soups, salads, and main dishes. Even as a vegan, I found the Mac N Cheese to be absolutely delicious. There are plenty of treats and desserts to choose from as well. Everything we tried was worth recommending. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
My Japanese husband and I just popped in by chance and were so pleasantly surprised by how amazing the atmosphere and food was here and so excited that the owner is Japanese! We are living in Nashville and have nothing like it! Take out vegan food at its BEST! The mushroom rice is SO good! I wish we could take Pure Kitchen to Nashville!

Lots of options for food, salads and desserts, and service was wonderful. It's ready to go food, but she heated up a plate so my boys could eat on the drive home as they were hungry and we don't live close by and even split it into two bowls for them. Great service.
I was close by and the Happy Cow app lead me to this restaurant for lunch. I had a Thai salad and a curried noodle dish with tofu and both were excellent. It 's great when in a hurry and you can just grab and go

Fantastic! You immediately smell fresh herbs and spices when you walk in. The food was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I'm looking forward to my next trip there.

Very good Greek salad. Potato salad was exceptional. Place is celebrating 5 year anniversary and I can understand why. Great service and tasty food.
