The man preparing the bowls showed no sense of urgency. I had to stand and wait while he scrapped ice from the freezer and the sweep the floor before he started preparing my bowl. I stood and watched him demonstrate a complete disregard for my time and me as a customer. When he finally prepared the bowl he placed it on the counter and didn’t announce what it was and also didn’t call my name to signal the order was ready. Really poor customer service. The employee preparing the bowls was not friendly or inviting.
I love this location. They are always courteous, efficient and accurate! I waited almost ten minutes at the Brick Bodies Pure Raw location that had two customers ahead of me and two associates working. Was never acknowledged. I came here. There were three or four associates and the store was packed with at least 10 people if not more ahead of me. My order was ready in under 5 minutes. Y’all rock!! Thank you for being awesome.
The smoothies were good, it is pricey about $10 per person but I think that is average for smoothie and juice places. I liked that it felt fresher than some of the other places in the area. The only thing was the consistency was different the two times I went. Both times I ordered the green giant smoothie. The first time it was thicker, but the second it was a lot thinner.
