Needed something to eat before a flight and Qdobo hit the spot. Ordered a Chicken Queso Bowl off the pre-set menu and found it to be tasty. Portions are on the smaller side, but honestly, I wouldn't want a big or heavy meal prior to flying anyways. Food gets a thumbs-up from me. The only other close options were Jamba Juice, OC Pizza, and a closed Brodard Express. Qdoba had the longest line because two men were working and there's only 1 self-order kiosk. Seemed like customers' inefficiency trying to figure out the tablet slows things down. Eventually, one of the guys came up and took a few manual orders. Food only took a few minutes to come out. All in all, no complaints for now.

Kiosk order only. Couldn't order with a person. Asked for a tortilla on the side and the staff said I had to order it (not sure if I missed it on the kiosk). The first thing I want to mention about this great Qdoba location is that it is situated inside an airport terminal, beyond security. Let me be clear: you're not going to experience high-end, gourmet Mexican cuisine here. What you will find is a well-prepared, quick Mexican meal. My wife ordered the Fajita Steak Bowl (see photo included), and I opted for the Chicken Queso Bowl. And don’t forget to add chips and queso on the side—it's some of the best queso I've ever had, made with peppers and three types of cheese. Keep up the great work, Qdoba!

I had a very disappointing experience! I arrived for my interview almost 15 minutes early but ended up waiting for almost an hour, and no one showed up. I spoke to an airport employee about my interview, and she kindly offered to inform them since she was heading upstairs. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to navigate the airport on my own, and despite her efforts, no one ever came to meet me.
Its Qdoba!Albeit with a slightly restricted menu vs a full brick and mortar location (only cilantro lime rice, no brown. Only black beans, no pinto. Only flour tortilla, no whole wheat).Completely self serve with a kiosk.Unlike other commenters, my burrito seemed to be the same size as when I go to my local Qdoba. And as tasty as always!
Rushing to get something to eat before you board your flight in John Wayne? Definitely try this place! Quesadilla is great, especially fajita. Not too greasy, fresh peppers, and pretty tasty.
The food was delicious, with well-balanced flavors, and the prices were reasonable. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend trying the veggie corn tacos and the steak bowl.
