The manager, described as a white lady with noticeable eyelashes, exhibits consistently rude behavior during each visit. Despite giving Qdoba another chance, the reviewer found themselves immediately regretting their decision after encountering the manager's nasty attitude. The food was thrown carelessly, and eye rolls accompanied every customer request. The manager chose to criticize employees in front of customers instead of tending to the restaurant's cleanliness or restocking supplies. A $50 order resulted in gummy rice, burnt chicken, and poorly filled burritos that were aggressively thrown across the counter. Seem like this company has no interest in keeping all if it's franchise locations operating at peak operation opertunity. Lack of employee wanting to do a job and straight up lying about not having a product on the options board. Also not actually having product may no urge to refill the product considering the lie. Just all around bad service and it not the first Qdoba like this and nit just in this state.
We ordered takeout from this restaurant and were very disappointed. My burrito bowl had very little meat in it, my wife's nachos were missing the fajita veggies she requested, and the chips tasted terrible, like they hadn't changed the grease in a week. We usually love Qdoba, but this location did not meet our expectations. The Fenton location, on the other hand, is excellent.
I gave three stars because This was the first time I had been into a kidoba ever in my life. I wasn't greeted by any staff.And when I told them it was my first time eating there.They didn't really seem to care. Plus some of the food was cold and the service was cordial but not very friendly.

Main issue is that the line of people waiting to order is competing with all of the online orders. So even if you show up at a slow time, it could still be 10+ minutes in line waiting for them to get to someone waiting in line. Chipotle has this figured out. No reason Qdoba can't.
It took over 45 minutes with 3 people ahead of us to get served and almost 20 minutes at the counter from order start thru pay. What is going on? We love qdoba but we will not be visiting this location again. I'd love someone to contact me for more info
As I was checking out at the counter a roach crawled across right next to my food..... The cashier said they have been having the problem.. excellent customer service from the worker but nasty unsanitary with bugs!
The employees at this restaurant go above and beyond, they are extremely friendly and will listen to your preferences to customize your order exactly the way you like it.

Great food. The 2 ladies working in there today (3/22) are rock stars! They handled the lunch crowd with speed and patience. They both need a raise!
