I was quite taken aback when I expressed my confusion at the counter and was met with a rather rude response from the woman who identified herself as the general manager. She insisted there would be a $1 charge, and although I didn't want to argue over such a small fee, I reluctantly paid it. The real issue here is the inconsistency: why had I received complimentary queso during all my previous visits since 2015? Was this manager misinformed, or were the staff members who served me before simply unaware of this charge?
Her lack of professionalism, especially towards a loyal customer, really surprised me. It's no wonder this location often seems empty when I visit. I only wish there were an...
This was a disappointing experience. I ordered the steak and shrimp dish, and the shrimp were incredibly chewy while the steak was overcooked and dry – I could tell just by looking at it. I wanted to try something different, but the staff made me feel like I was crazy for doing so. My partner had three chicken tacos, and the meat was cold, plus the corn tortillas fell apart when I tried to pick them up. We ended up spending $30 and left hungry. They should be embarrassed to serve such unappetizing food!
The absolute worst place. I got the steak and shrimp bowl,the shrimp was so rubbery, steak was beyond dry and I knew it when I saw it. I asked to do something else and she looked at me like I was crazy. My husband got three chicken tacos the meat was cold and the corn tortillas fell apart when picking them up or I should saw picked it up because we did not eat the good. We waisted 30 dollars and walked away hungry. They should be ashamed of themselves for serving unedible food.!
Five stars, as always! You can't even compare a Qdoba bowl to Chipotle; they’re just not in the same league. Qdoba provides more food with fresher and warmer ingredients. Plus, the cheese sauce and guacamole are free! I even love mine in a crispy tortilla bowl. Chipotle can only dream of serving food that comes close to what you get at Qdoba.

Dine in, food wasn't hot. Not enough chips (on side) with nachos order, especially when a third of them are wet out of the bag and not edible. More black bean fluid than actual black beans. Not friendly. Dirty tables. Small portions for the price (whichhas increased)and stale chips (ones that weren't wet), Florence location is so much better.
During a recent visit to see my grandson we went to Qdoba. This is a great place to get a tasty Mexican bowl with a nice variety of fresh quality vegetables, meats and rices. Whenever I get into Cincinnati I will always try to get here for a quality meal. Highly-recommend !!!
I ordered the street tacos with chicken, but the chicken was cold, and the corn tortillas were undercooked and almost raw. My wife had the steak and shrimp bowl, but the shrimp was overcooked and rubbery, while the steak was dry. Overall, it was a very disappointing lunch.
our company recently ordered a small catering order and we were very impressed by the service. the staff were friendly and eating was amazing! the order included all necessary tools and a generous amount of each article. we would highly recommend this location.

Love Qdoba but this location ain 't it. I understand miss girl was understaffed but that 's no excuse to ask with an attitude what do you want and then stare into my soul while I try to decide.
