I want to start by mentioning that the restaurant seemed to be understaffed, so I don't want to place all the blame on the three employees present. However, the cleanliness of the establishment was truly unacceptable; 75% of the tables were dirty and covered in food and trash. Furthermore, there was water pooling on the floor from the air conditioning, and they had run out of 90% of the fountain drinks. To top it all off, our order was incorrect. Overall, I felt like I wasted $35 on a disappointing meal. I would have preferred the hospital food we decided to skip for this experience. I cannot recommend this location until they improve their staffing and overall operations.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. While the staff were friendly, they seemed indifferent and inattentive. One of the employees announced she was going on break, leaving just one person to handle everything. It took forever for our food to arrive. Another staff member was wearing headphones and repeatedly told the customer she was assisting that she wasn't talking to them. The food was disappointing; the chicken tasted like cheap, rubbery frozen meat from the grocery store. I had a fantastic first experience here, but my second visit was a letdown. I hope I don't end up with food poisoning this time.
I really enjoy Qdoba, but this location has a troubling tendency to serve customers rice that is a day old! Given the prices for a Chicken Bowl, you would expect the rice, meat, and vegetables to be fresh. The rice was so hard and stale that it actually sounded like little pellets hitting the trash can! This is unacceptable! I want a refund!
This location is slow as hell. People are waiting for over an hour for food. Well im still waiting on my food. People's online orders are non important. Its about 10 of us waiting and a line of 20

The food is good, but I had trouble signing up for a rewards account through the app. The store couldn't locate my existing account, which was quite frustrating.
We stopped here with my family after a long day. The staff behind the counter were very nice and friendly and a refreshing end to a long day.
I like Qdoba and have eaten there often, but they skimp on the servings, particularly the brisket, even at different locations.
The service, food, and ambiance at this restaurant are all exceptional. I had a fantastic experience!
