I ordered food online and it said it would be ready at 8:13. I came at 8:18 and my food wasn't ready. I let them know, and I sat down while they began to prepare it at 8:22. When the lady prepared my food, she brought it to me where I sat. I went home and noticed when I opened it, four articles were missing. I went back to Qdoba and told the lady that she prepared my food that she left out some stuff. She said I can't believe they left this. She prepared my food. Anyway, she gave me my cattle and tortilla chips. Then I guess her manager asked me what's going on. I explained, and they decided to restart my order, and he had to prepare the vegetables because they were out. I sat back and waited for my food for 10 minutes. I decided to eat inside now because I had to check it out and I starved. The last 5 times I was here, I had the worst service. I'm going to another place from now on. It happened again! I ordered online and it told me it would be ready at 5:48 a.m., but since I know that they are awfully slow and dreadfully trained, I gave them 20 minutes more. I come here 20 minutes after I have to pick up and my food is not ready yet and I am completely ignored at the pickup part. I gave them another chance, but the staff doesn't improve. Seriously, this place is a bad experience!
