Every time I visit Qdoba Mexican Eats, there's either an issue with my order or it's not prepared the way I requested. I find myself consistently having to voice complaints about my experience. To make matters worse, I discovered a bug in my food. I’m not easily grossed out, but the cleanliness of the restaurant, particularly in the back, combined with this incident is absolutely revolting. If you’re looking to avoid receiving the wrong order or finding something living in your meal, I strongly advise against eating here. Mobile orders are frequently not ready when I arrive, and it often takes fifteen minutes or longer to get them. The quantity and quality of the food are inconsistent as well. The manager should retrain the staff to handle orders in a more efficient manner, focusing on completing each order from start to finish instead of in reverse. It's better to ensure all orders are filled correctly and promptly to avoid customer dissatisfaction rather than offering free cookies as a consolation. Additionally, the manager needs to treat every customer with respect while taking their orders, instead of brushing them off with, "I'm helping someone else."

This time, I received almost no chicken and when I asked for a little more, they wanted to charge me for extra chicken. I am not asking for two scoops just one full scoop as supposed to. My bowl was not even halfway full and the service is always mediocre. I understand there are rushes and I don't mind waiting, but this is horrible. Please continue to train your staff on proper serving portions. I also see different people working the line, as it, attrition is high here and turnover is causing and adding to the customer issues.

Why notefficiently complete all orders so that customers won 't be dissatisfied with the service instead of giving away free cookies asa prize? Finally, this manager should appreciate every customer while asking for their orders rather than saying, I 'm helpingsomeone else.
I really think you need to improve your service. I ordered the chicken protein bowl, which is one of your signature offerings. I found it amusing when the server asked what kind of rice I wanted, even though there was clearly no rice in the bowl at all. Plus, I paid for double chicken but only received one serving. The server was a slim blonde woman, and in the end, I paid $12 for what felt like a very disappointing meal. With gas prices being so high, I expect to get my money's worth.
This is my favorite place for healthier options. The food has consistently been good whenever I order takeout. The customer service is usually excellent, although I did experience one instance where an employee was a bit too rude to another customer. Despite that incident, I will definitely keep ordering the Cholula Chicken bowl or quesadilla along with some chips and queso.

The food was delicious and the portion sizes were just right. The staff appeared to have had a long day since I visited around 9 PM, but they remained welcoming, and I appreciate their good service. I will definitely come back in the future for the food.
