I've been a regular at this location for quite some time, and I've never had any issues with customer service or food quality — in fact, the food is even better than Chipotle's. However, during my last visit, while the food remained excellent, the customer service fell short. I ordered a bowl with double meat but only received about 1.5 servings. When I got home, I was disappointed to discover that my bag of chips with queso was only about 20% full, and the small bag that comes with the bowl was just half full. It seemed like the employee was skimping on the meat during the second scoop. It honestly feels like the company has trained their new staff to save money by offering smaller portions...
Normally I make my own burritos and bowls at home, but I had a long day and wanted something hot and quick. (BIG MISTAKE) I don’t fault the young lady that took my order because she was pleasant and prepared my order like I asked. With that being said, the quality and the taste was lacking severely! The chicken was tasteless and chewy. The cheese sauce was bland, and the cilantro and tomatoes in the pico, weren’t chopped properly as they should have been. It felt like I was chewing lettuce instead of cilantro! From now on, I’m done wasting my hard earned money on eating out at these fast food chains. Keep the 1 800 numbers and emails, I don’t want anymore of your disgusting food.
I tried the new surf and turf dish, and it was quite tasty. I imagine it would be even better with the pico and crema, but I prefer to avoid spicy foods. The staff was friendly, but there is definitely a language barrier when it comes to making modifications to your order. I told one employee several times that I didn’t want crema or pico, but she seemed confused. In the end, she succeeded in leaving out the pico, but accidentally added crema, so she had to remake the dish. I also ordered a burrito and a side of queso, which took a lot of repeating as well. I would recommend ordering online if you have specific requests or adjustments to avoid any misunderstandings.
I don’t think I’ll be returning to this restaurant. The first thing I noticed was how messy and unkempt it was. When you arrive, you see that other places have shiny, clean windows, but not here. The floor was also covered in dirt and garbage. To make matters worse, the staff was wearing t-shirts and appeared very unkempt. I understand it’s the 21st century, but when it comes to serving food, I do not expect to find someone’s beard or arm hair in my meal. I didn’t take any pictures because I was in a rush to get back to work and didn’t anticipate having to write a negative review. Réservez une table maintenant
You'd think each piece of meat comes out of their paycheck. I ordered a quesadilla wuth steak and fajita veggies and the lady barely put any of each on there, it didnt even reach to the edge. She rushed me so i didnt even get to see everything i would have liked to put on it, like cilantro. And the side of pico digalo i asked for was barely enough for half of it. For the price they can give you more meat and veggies. Came here because chipotle wouldn't let me order my quesadilla how i wanted online but should have just gotten something at chipotle
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the incompetence of the staff. I ordered nachos as my meal, but when the delivery arrived, everything was included except for the nachos. When I reached out for help, they refused to correct the mistake and essentially told me to deal with it. The customer service was very poor, and it seems like a simple task to pay attention to orders. I hope they can improve in the future.
Burrito Bowl was good. Customer service was excellent. I had one guy talk us through the menu, not knowing I’d been to Qdoba Mexican Eats several times. I enjoyed that he took the time effort to let us know about our options. The establishment was clean and a little busy. The bathrooms were clean. The tables were dirty, but I saw 2-3 people working, so maybe they were short-handed—good Job for excellent customer service.
The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are very friendly. One suggestion is to ensure that all options are available in the soda machine. Additionally, it would be great if the staff could pay more attention to the tables. Just because we as customers take out our trash doesn’t necessarily mean the tables are clean. I always enjoy Qdoba! This location consistently has a fast-moving line. The food is served hot and tastes fantastic. The staff is friendly and makes me feel like a regular, despite my visits being just a few times a year. The restaurant is clean, the food is excellent, and the service is outstanding.
