Your employees are in such a hurry to know everything you want, including ingredients before they're even ready with gloves on.. Then they just completely screw the order up since they can't remember ANYTHING! Is it too much to ask to have somethingstrained?? Or even have products available? Not have lids? The food at this restaurant was okay, nothing outstanding but nothing terrible either. However, the main issue was the cleanliness of the place. We arrived around 1pm, after the lunch rush, to find an empty restaurant that was extremely dirty. There was food on the floor, including smeared spots, dirty tables with not a single clean one in sight. Despite three employees at the counter, they were not able to take our orders clearly enough to avoid mix-ups. Throughout our hour-long visit, no cleaning was done in the restaurant. To top it off, after we placed our order, the employees were heard yelling and swearing in the back. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Was having a rough 4th of July until one of the workers at the Qdoba in East Peoria, Il greeted us at the door with a smile, listened intently to our orders and gave us large helpings of each item, and then proceeded to pay for our food himself. Some ofthe best, most generous service I?ve ever received at any restaurant. The workers were more than happy to serve us and make ourdays a little bit better. Definitely made my day.
We were in town for a tourney. My kid loves Q-Doba. But just walking in I had this feeling. The 2 ladies were great, downfall was flies flying around, dead ones in the tins that weren't being used in front so customers can see them. The rice wasn't fullycooked, and I think I got like 10 pieces of shredded lettuce in my bowl and way over did the cheese. My kid couldn't even eather bowl of food due to the issues. I have experienced undercooked chicken multiple times at this restaurant. While I initially enjoyed their food, the quality has since declined. If I were to return, I would only order rice. The service was also lacking. If you are not satisfied with your job, you should consider finding employment elsewhere.

The staff who took our order were exceptional at their roles and deserve recognition, such as a gold star or a substantial increase in pay, for their patience with elderly customers struggling to place their orders. It's always entertaining to see older individuals navigate technology.
