Qilin - Réserver une table

The standout dish for me was the vegetable tempura sushi as a starter, which was very nicely constructed and came with a generous helping of pickled ginger and wasabi. My husband had a mango salad, which was sweet and peanutty but not very spicy. As...a main course he had a tofu and smoked aubergine dish which he enjoyed, and I had a thai red curry which again was sweet without much else going on. Mysteriously both main dishes had rocket, iceberg and chicory strewn generously on them, which was pointless. I went to Qilin with a couple of friends. The food was really good, we had sushi and Thai dishes which were really delicious and came a at a reasonable price. What bothered me was that it was very loud and kind of hectic in...the restaurant so we had really a hard time talking among each other at the table. The ambient house music might have added to that. Maybe it's better at lunch time when the location is less crowded, but in the evening it gets really noisy

I ordered wonton soup and seafood wok. The soup was excellent with mouth melting dumplings. So my expectations for coming main course were high. But it was a bit disappointing : the sauce had too much oil to my taste. So my overall rating is...Average.

This restaurant offers Asian food which is different from the generic Chinese restaurant. It's fresh, delicious food of a high quality at affordable prices, I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys a taste of the Far East.

I have eaten this dish every time I had the opportunity. Impressive. Soups as starter recommended. Furthermore a nice selection of beverages.
