Quatro Asian Bistro

I visited this restaurant for dinner on Saturday night with a group of six. We ordered several dishes, including Pad Thai, Laksa, yellow curry, and Tom Yum soup. Unfortunately, none of these dishes had much flavor beyond being spicy. I love Thai food and have tried it at many different places, but this restaurant, which offers a variety of international dishes, lacked the distinctiveness that sets each dish apart. Given the glowing reviews I read on Yelp, I was surprised by the quality of the food. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're familiar with Thai and other Asian cuisines.

The restaurant offers a diverse menu with 70% Filipino food and 30% Asian fusion dishes. I really appreciate the variety of options available here. The Halo Halo was delicious, although it had a bit too much ice. The Thai curry was excellent, and the Pork Sisig was good, though slightly on the salty side. It reminded me of the way we make it in Cebu. If you're looking to satisfy your craving for Filipino food while in Canmore, this is definitely the place to visit!

Clean facility and friendly service. Food was so so which is what really counts. Mine tasted like a lot of MSG laden premade curry powder was used. Filipino people running it and the Thai dish didn 't really taste anything like the ones from other Thai restaurants. Possibly some other good dishes could be there on the menu, but we probably won 't try again.Probably 2-3 stars, but for the service, I 'll rate it 3.

The old lady with short hair on the till seems annoyed when we walked in. Didn’t acknowledge us right away. When we are ready to place our order we felt we were rushed. The bubble tea we ordered were not the best.We will not visit this place again on our next trip to Canmore. Réservez une table maintenant

Amazing food! It was so delicious and the waitress was so kind, the place was so big and pretty too. The food was also not that expensive and the wait wasn't too long. Would definitely recommend this place!

The food was amazing, just as everyone there. We’ve asked it less spicy than it normally is, and they happily provided it.We ate the sizzling ginger beef and it was delicious.

The Filipino food here is absolutely delicious! The portions are generous, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend trying the crispy pata and the pork belly.

This is my first time having food here and the food was great! The lady at the front was very nice, and the wait time wasn't too long. Definetly recommend going here ! ? Réservez une table maintenant

Wish we found this place earlier. They have authentic Asian food. Their sisig was perfect!! Would definitely go back again!
