Tonight my husband and I wanted to go out and have dinner on Christmas Day. After reading reviews on open table, we decided to go to Toro Toro four seasons in downtown Houston and make our reservation for 6pm. We were seated. Our waiter, was Lauren’s R (I’m going with what’s on my receipt) it was an older bald headed guy. He explained the menu and recommended drinks and food. We ordered an appetizer, a bar dish, and our entrees. It took 15 minutes for the appetizer to come to our table and Another 15 minutes for the rest of our food. I took my wife for her birthday (table of 4 and we had a great time and enjoyed our food and atmosphere, but our server would disappear for long periods of time, did not check in on us regularly, and was not welcoming in his demeanor. (The young Asian lady in charge of our waters was great . When it came time to take our entree orders, he almost walked away without taking my sister and brother’s order after my wife and I ordered a Tomahawk steak (guessing he assumed our entire table would sharing just that? . there was so much to eat, and although I tried really hard to have space to try everything, it was simply impossible, there are too many dishes. everything was delicious, from speck to lachs sashimi to raw oysters, it was all wonderful. downstairs! our server made sure that our mimics were displaced all the time. we also had a special tasty bite for the birthdays we celebrated! we will come back to the future.
2 in our party. sitting immediately with a fantastic view from the window. our waitress was so sweet and before we knew that our water, wein and brot were delivered. we had both garnel and polnta. amazing. and it was enough that we needed nothing else. after our concert we stopped at the bar in the lobby for a glass wein and service it was just as great.

Consistently excellent service, experience, staff. I absolutely love this property and this restaurant. I have been coming here for over a decade, through various iterations of this restaurant, and the impeccable service never changes. More than 5 stars- ALL the stars.
Service was beyond excellent so overall a good experience. Breakfast was good, but tough to justify the price. I understand it’s the Four Seasons, but my omelet barely had any meat or cheese in it and it’s literally called the Meat Cheese omelet.
Delicious food and great service. Surprised how late they were open, but all the staff were extremely helpful and competent. Will come back next time we are in Houston
