what a fantastic pub, a friend and I came here for the first time yesterday. it is a very old pub full of charector. we both decided to have the Roast beef and it was absolutely delicious. the personal is very friendly and welcoming. it is very clean and offers a large selection of drinks. we will come back in the near future.

we often meet with some friends here for lunch. it is comfortable, and eating is always good. also a good choice of caught ales (and lagators if they prefer it) it also has a beautiful beer garden for if the weather gets better!

I've been to this pub a few times over the last two years so I think the last review doesn't do the place justice.
