Location, Ambiance and Service They are located in the San Bruno Towne Center which is always fairly busy due to the mix of food, shopping and Bevmo. There are a few spots right out front, but you'll have better luck parking in the main lot. The remodel looks AMAZING! Everything seems really clean and refreshed with wood-paneling, TVs with the newly expanded menu--the whole place looks much more modern and upgraded. I'm not too sure how the service could be any worse. It was a very weird experience. I walked in, and stood by the register for a good 6 min being completely ignored before I could get anyone's attention to ask if my online order was ready. They even tried taking the order of the lady who came in behind me while I'm standing right there, but even the lady who came in behind me had to say something because that's just strange customer service. Also, me and the other person who ordered online ahead of time finally received our orders AFTER the people who just came in and ordered received theirs.. What's the point of ordering ahead of that means we now have to wait twice as long? Definitely not...
The tea itself is good and they have a point system. HOWEVER, the amount of toppings they give is insulting. They serve very small portions. Not worth your money. It seems like they are too cheap to serve you a decent amount of boba. Personally, I willnot be returning or recommending.

The place is very professional compared to other Quickly establishments. The black milk tea is slightly watered down but you can still taste the distinct flavors of the black tea. Boba is just the right texture and firm. Not bad for a Quickly?s.
This is a fantastic spot for boba drinks, offering a wide variety of snacks as well. The Popcorn Chicken is one of the standout items on the menu, but definitely try the fries too. Everything is now automated for your convenience!

The drinks are made to order and are absolutely delicious. While the food isn't particularly memorable, the prices are reasonable.

The cashier was rude, didn't understand or speak any English whatsoever. Go somewhere else
