I really wanted to like this place after it was highly recommended to me.Food is prepared to order and served up fast by a friendly crew. Sadly, the hibachi was just okay the sauce was on the sweet side which I don't care for. The vegetable are mostly cabbage with a few pieces of carrot and broccoli.Spring rolls were also pretty meh.The avocado roll was okay but nothing special.There were a stack of cardboard boxes in the dining room. May 12, 2023 around 7:30pm -Food was definitely lacking. I paid for extra chicken and they did not fulfill my request. The noodles for my order and my boyfriend's order were rubbery and dry. The extra shrimp my boyfriend ordered weren't consistently cooked. There were about 4-5 shrimp that were grilled on one side and colorless on the other. We usually love coming to this location since it is close to home, but we now know if we ever go back, we can only order when certain employees are on the grill.
I ordered food online from DoorDash. Not only did they mess up my order and replaced it w out letting my driver know ! Their rations are poor to the price tht they charge and the ambiance lacks proper dialogue and concern to their poor service. Honestly the worst experience ever had a quick way. I called the store and talked to the manager and I can honestly say he has no idea how to lead.
Expectations are key! This isn’t a high-end hibachi restaurant, but it was just what I anticipated—and even better! The Chicken Hibachi was delicious and still warm, even after a nearly 20-minute drive. My sister really enjoyed the Spicy Crab Shrimp Roll (8 pieces). I heard my coworker talking about this place so decided to try it out for lunch. The place was pretty clean inside, but a little smokey could definitely use an exhaust fan. The menu options were clear and I decided to get the salmon and shrimp combo. I waited about 10 minutes for my food to be prepared. Portion sizes were decent and the food was good.
The food was just not good and the quality was poor. The beef was rubbery, the fried rice had two peas and one carrot in it. When I was asked if I wanted vegetables I assumed I would get maybe some onions and carrots. I got some cooked cabbage and one piece of carrot. I would swear even the Yum Yum sauce seemed watered down. Never again.
At this location, chicken was poor quality, cooked hard like fried chicken, and the chicken dumplings were dark brown and tough and shriveled up from to high of heat. disgusting food. My wife and I threw the food away and promised ourselves never to eat at this location again. Horrible!
The high chair was poorly made and felt flimsy. My daughter is nearly three and normally uses a booster seat, but they didn’t have one available. If she were younger, I would have concerns about its safety. Overall, I might consider returning for takeout. Réservez une table maintenant
