I have never personally sat and ate there, but I work around the area and have gone here for take out and loved their food. So much so that I regularly get delivery during the weekends when I am not at work. First off, their empanadas are made fresh! Its a longer wait because they make them as you order. I had a wonderful dining experience at Quisqueya. The young lady who took my order over the phone was delightful and always got everything right. The salad was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. Although Dominican cuisine is somewhat different from Puerto Rican food, it reminded me of both places from my past vacations. I don't eat out much these days, but this restaurant brought back some wonderful memories. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a great meal. God bless.
This family-run restaurant let me know upfront that my order would take at least 30 minutes because a large group had just placed an order before me. I appreciated their honesty. I sampled the meat platter along with the pepper sauce, which was fantastic. The bread served alongside was distinctive and perfectly complemented the well-seasoned, expertly cooked meat.

The food at Quisqueya is fantastic! The prices are very reasonable, and they offer some of the best empanadas in Jersey City. I frequently visit when I'm in Hoboken for lunch or dinner with my family. The restaurant is spotless, and the café con leche I enjoyed while waiting for my meal was delicious. They serve outstanding Dominican cuisine.

My girlfriend and I have been here twice. Both times have been an amazing experience, especially since we were surprised with a free plate of popcorn chicken! Every plate is amazing and the prices are fair. Come here if you want a night with different flavors.
This restaurant is fantastic! They serve delicious, traditional Latino dishes that taste like homemade meals. It is located in Jersey City, NJ and comes highly recommended by Councilman At Large Daniel Rivera.

We arrived at noon and found that they had limited menu options available. There was no chicken or empanadas, only oxtail steak. The meat was tender, but the flavor was lacking.
