Had a 6:00 reservation for 4 people. Arrived at 6:00 exactly and we were seated for a birthday celebration. The restaurant was not full at that time maybe halfway. At 6:25 when we had not been greeted yet by a server we asked to please have someone come to the table. A few minutes later our server arrived and took our drink order. After 15 mins and we had not received our drink order yet, so we left the restaurant. We had been there and seated for a total of 40 mins without any drinks, or orders taken. It was disgraceful as my sister had gotten there early and decorated the table. They knew we were coming but paid no attention at all. Will not go back.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite ordering a drink to accompany my sushi, it took over 25 minutes to be served, well after we had finished our meal. When I raised the issue, the waitress showed no apology and merely stated that once alcohol is poured, it cannot be returned. The drink was eventually brought to our table, but by then, it was no longer needed. We were charged $16 for a drink that was served too late to enjoy. The lack of customer service and accountability was unacceptable I will not be returning. The high cost of the sushi combined with the subpar service was disappointing.
I hate to leave a negative review but it was a pretty sad experience. RA used to be a fun place to eat... seriously not good anymore. There were kids next to us playing with beach balls... so annoying and loud. It did land on our table a couple of time : . The sushi had no flavor and the things that were supposed to be warm were cold.The atmosphere was boring! No music just football on. It was my daughter's 21st birthday and I mentioned it with the reservation and told the server but they didn't do anything for her.
The drinks, appetizers, and food came out all at different times and all out of order. And very long time periods in btwn all our meals so we could not eat together at the same. The food was brought out by several different people and our waiter never checked on us or asked if we needed anything. No one even came over to give us our check after we asked several different people to bring it. The food wasn’t good or special in anyway. The chicken skewers were sad. Like a sliver of chicken. Def not worth the price.

the restaurant’s design was impressive and had a great atmosphere, the overall experience fell short. The drink I had left me with a headache that lasted all night and into the next day, which makes me think the tequila used was not the best quality. Unfortunately, the food didn’t fare much better—my wife ended up with a stomach ache that lasted through the night. The place has potential, but the quality of both the drinks and food needs improvement.
This place use to be so busy you couldn’t get in. We know sushi adds up but willing to pay for it! 4 of us $334 and the quality was horrible. With so many sushi places around we are so upset we wasted our money there. I guess we kept ordering hoping the next roll or sashimi would get better but didn’t.
This place has gone downhill. The rolls seemed sparsely decorated and uninspired. The hamachi sashimi had clearly been prepared earlier in the day and kept on ice. The spicy tuna crispy rice had like 5 tiny chopped pieces of cilantro and jalapeño. Kind of a sad experience all together for date night.
Sashimi was great. Outside heater was broken. Server was nice, but not very attentive. Checked on us after the fact for each course and missed our appetizers altogether.

The food was excellent. The fried calamari was outstanding. The service, however, was a bit slow. Overall, I would rate it 10/10 for the food quality.
Service was awful and my food came out 45 minutes after the my daughter got hers, also took 40 minutes to finally get a drink.
