"Decent bagels coming from the east coast I have pretty high expectations for bagels and this place scratched the itch, but didn't nail it. Overall good quality, but minus one star for the egg on the bacon, egg, and cheese. Pretty subpar egg and detracts from what could be a good sandwich."

So this one is tough. I'll start with the positive. The bagels are amazing. Definitely get a bagel. The burritos, however, are not so great. First, I got a different burrito than what I ordered, which was really a bummer because you don't eat there so by the time I knew it was the wrong one it was quite time consuming to go back. But I really didn't like the one I got so I hoped the one I ordered would be better. It was, but not by a lot. The main problem is the very large chunks of bland potatoes. Small, crunchy, fried potatoes would be really good. Even my dog didn't like the large potato chunk that fell on the floor. But we will definitely be back soon for more bagels.

I saw someone post pics of the breakfast burrito here and I knew I had to come here. And let me tell you that the burrito does not disappoint. The Raquel breakfast burrito is fantastic! The scrambled eggs and chorizo works so well together and all wrapped in a delightfully delicious tortilla. The potatoes give a nice textural contrast from the eggs and chorizo. I'm always going to stop be here if I'm in Seattle. Be warned that the place doesn't seem to have much inside seating and has a small outside area with some seating.

Amazing bagels, coffee that's coffee, and mid burritos. The The Agnes Agatha Jermaine Jack with chopped bacon, heirloom tomato, arugula, and scallion cream cheese is one of the best bites I've had in Seattle! Egg based sandwiches have baked patties which always leaves something to be desired compared to a fried egg. Chili crisp latte surprisingly worked, but was too much for an entire 8oz drink. Best bagel flavors sell out early, especially on weekends, so be prepared to get there early if you want them.

We wanted to like this place and have been back twice in attempts to, but every time the bagels are just not great. They're not bad but they're really not great, always a bit too chewy and not very flavourful. If they did more things than just bagels it wouldn't be so much of a problem. I hope they can improve the recipe or do some taste testing because they're a really nice shop with great staff. We did love the brownie however!
