I noticed the negative reviews about this restaurant, but my experience was quite different. I ordered a full pan of oxtail stew for my Christmas party, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The oxtail was flavorful, well-seasoned, and tender. My guests loved it! The service was exceptional too. I appreciated being able to pick up my order on the same day, even on such short notice. The customer service was top-notch, and the chef personally brought the pan right to my car. A+ all around!
I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times, and it's typically very good. However, this time there was an excessive amount of oil in the container; it was everywhere—on the bag, the plastic, and the brown paper. This was the greasiest Oxtail Rasta Pasta I've received from them, and I'm quite disappointed. Additionally, there were several small bones throughout the dish. Unfortunately, this order was a letdown.
I ordered a combo of oxtail and brown stew chicken, and I was really disappointed. There was absolutely no flavor. The brown stew chicken tasted more like grilled chicken in some kind of sauce rather than the tender, stewed chicken I expected. It was frustrating because the service was excellent—no wonder the server gave me so many pieces of chicken. I still haven’t tried the patties yet.
I received one small piece of chicken, a rib/thigh, which was chopped into four tiny pieces for $11—mostly bones. The portion consisted of 95% rice and only 5% meat, which is not worth the price. The taste was mediocre, a 5 out of 10. I regret not going somewhere else. They really should pay attention to the reviews online.

Absolutely delightful! The flavors were fantastic, and everything was perfectly tender. It was seasoned just to my liking. This was my first visit, and I can’t wait to come back and try more!
The ackee and saltfish was alright at best but the fried dumpling was what really got me. How does one ruin fried dumpling? The food was very oily and just edible
