As for service, I found it a bit repetitive; they would repeat each item every time. When I asked if the music was too loud, I was pleased to receive an affirmative response when I requested to mix lemonade with sweet tea. However, I had to ask for a cup, and then discovered that the lemonade is only available behind the counter, so I had to wait in line again.
There’s plenty of parking available, and the drive-thru was busy, though they do have two lines for ordering. It's easy to get in and out, but you have to enter through the mall entrance, as there is no direct access from Army Trail Road.

I visited this franchise for the first time and ordered the sandwich combo, which was disappointing. The fries were stale, the lettuce on the burger was soggy, and the chicken lacked flavor. The sauce was just piled in the center of the bun without anyone bothering to spread it. I couldn't finish the tasteless burger after just two bites. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it. I give it two stars only because the drive-thru was quick and it wasn't too busy, but I suppose the reasons I mentioned are why others avoid it.
The chicken tenders are absolutely fantastic. They have the perfect crunch on the outside while remaining juicy on the inside. The meat is incredibly tender and flavorful. This is definitely one of the best places for fried chicken. The fries and bread were excellent as well. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The music can be a bit loud when you're trying to chat with family, but it's not a major issue.
I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for two years, and I finally made it! I stopped by for a quick takeout order, and my cashier, Javeris, was incredibly helpful. Since it was my first time there, he guided me through the menu and had a great attitude. The chicken is fantastic! The decor is really awesome, and since it was a quiet night, I was in and out in no time.

Went at 10 o'clock on a Monday night and they were out of French fries. FRENCH FRIES. You literally serve 4 things, how do you run out of one of them? On top of the extremely small tenders and the prices that make absolutely no sense this was the last straw. Won't be returning to this or any other raising Cane's.
I’ve never had a problem with Cane’s before, but this location was a disappointment. I ordered two box combos and a sandwich, and the tenders were small and cold. Don’t even get me started on the mushy fries—absolutely unbelievable! I won’t be returning to this location.
The food here is excellent, but be sure to double-check your sauce! We always request extra, but half the time we don't receive it. Today, we ordered extra sauce but ended up with none at all in our entire order.
The customer service leaves much to be desired! The woman at the front was quite rude and repeatedly announced our order. As a result, we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to remake our food!

I really enjoy this restaurant. The staff is friendly, courteous, and they deliver your food quickly! The chicken fingers are outstanding, and their Cane's sauce is remarkable!
