Raj - Réservation de table

The Raj has been pretty good with previous orders, but after this last experience we won’t be risking it again! We ordered at 6:28 and were given a delivery time just over an hour away which we were happy with. Once it was an hour late we called and were told the food was ready and waiting for the delivery driver. Then after another hour we tried calling again numerous times with no answer. By that point we wanted to cancel and have a refund but no one would answer the phone to allow us to do this. The food finally turned up at 10:47 when we would normally be going to bed! We ended up putting it in the fridge and warming it up the next day as it was far too late to eat, and I imagine it was...

We were in Barton for an evening g concert . Everywhere we went in shops that afternoon every single trader recommended the Raj . Its lovely and clean . the toilets are immaculate (very important to us . The service prompt and efficient and friendly . The food was prompt and utterly delicious. I am 70 and now understand what people mean when they say 'the meat melted on my tongue ', One of the best curries I ever had and I used to live in the Leeds Bradford area. Would thoroughly recommend the Raj. I will be returning . In fact since the start of the pandemic have got out of the habit of reviewing places. this was so wonderful/ I had to sit and do my first review since March 2000.

Ordered a meal for 2 after calling in ti obtain a menu Had a look at the app to order online but to my amazement the price jumped up from 42 quid to over 51 quid. £2 delivery charged must of had interest added. After waiting over an hour an a half for a delivery around 10 mins away I was shocked that the food was not tepid it was cold. Not a good recommendation and I certainly won't be using them again.

This restaurant is absolutely stunning and the food is delicious and authentic! Mo, the host, was delightful and the atmosphere was so relaxed and enjoyable. The curry was absolutely amazing! We used to live in Barrow u Humber and came back this weekend to see old friends. Decided to visit our favourite old haunt at Raj and wasnt disappointed. Fabulous service, beautiful food all brought out at once and piping hot, with hot plates. Would recommend

This restaurant is excellent and very good. I would recommend eating here while away on business. It was a great find and I would definitely come back again. The waiter even told me that I have a Birmingham accent.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot. The staff were friendly, courteous, and eager to help. It might just be my favorite Indian restaurant right now.

Called in on the off chance that they had availability. Luckily for us, they did. Lovely, friendly and attentive staff that can't do enough for you. Fabulous food and great choice of drinks. Réservez une table maintenant

Amazing food and service as always! Me and my partner had a lovely meal on Friday night. We are never disappointed. Mo and his team are great nothing is ever too much trouble for us!

2 hour wait for food, all they’re bothered about is takeaway, very disappointing, left after popadoms,never again. Need to decide if they’re a takeaway or a restaurant
