I've been going to this place for years about 6+ years I stopped for ALMOST 2 years due to covid I returned back to this place to no Buffet I love the buffet it allowed me to try new food that I would otherwise never order and that I would absolutely fall in love with and order everytime. I was a little upset about that but also I think new owners took over...? the pakora tasted completely different so did a few different dishes but still very good! Only issue I had with the pakora is it was very soft and almost soggy or undercooked not to be mean just offering advice. Where as otherwise the pakora was sturdy, stiff, and crunchy. After coming here for so many years and having the same pakor...
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I wouldn't even give it one star! I ordered 2 servings of vegetable corn soup and it tasted like plain water with very few vegetables (see attached images). I had ordered the same dish a week before and it was good and creamy, earning it 4 stars in my book. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the bad soup, they simply said that the main chef was not available that day. I found it strange that they blamed the chef's absence for the poor quality of the food and expected us customers to pay for their mistake. I usually don't write reviews, but today this restaurant's poor service compelled me to do so.
One of the best Indian restaurants I have eaten at, fresh and delicious food prepared with patron's dietary concerns as the focus, the owner and kitchen staff double checked on us for the nuts related allergies, one of us being vegan was easily accommodated while placing the orders. Dining area and over all the whole restaurant is kept immaculately clean. Inspire of being a rather large order the food came out quick and it was made fresh per order as we could see and taste the freshness. Really polite and humble team of staff is very helpful. We highly recommend anyone looking for genuinely served Indian food in the Livonia or metro Detroit area.
This indian restaurant in small strip mall off 6 mile/ Halsted is a hidden gem! They have the best Naan in town!! So fresh and fluffy!! Staff was very attentive and friendly. We loved that the tables had table cloths, very homey. We got lamb samosas, they were 9/10. We got mango lassi (drink) 10/10. One of us got butter chicken so many flavors and just so delicious 12/10. The other got Tandoori platter, Kerala Fish Curry, Veggie fried rice, Gobi fry, Bullet Naans, Dal Tadka etc!! Yogurt was bit sour. The garlic naan was nice and buttery. Everything tasted so fresh!! We had an amazing experience, definitely will be coming back!

I tried Indian cuisine for the first time at this restaurant. My boyfriend was unsure if he would enjoy it, but it turned out to be the best meal I've had in a while. The food was delicious, with generous portions, and the staff was helpful in guiding us on how to pronounce the dishes. I believe they adjust the level of spice well, as my boyfriend, who doesn't eat spicy food, ordered mild and found it perfect. Even the medium spice level was tolerable for a few bites. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
I’m super disappointed in this Resturant. I’m still waiting for the manager to call back, it has been a week. When eating the garlic naan I swallowed a piece of plastic glove that was cooked in the bread. I threw up. Found another piece in the bread. Shame on you ! I don’t understand why the city is giving them a permit. I called multiple times to talk to the manger. I will send the video and pics to the city to review their cleanliness routines.
Worst Indian food. Ordered Biryani and half of it is bed full of onions (see picture), total scammed on customers. Also, tandoori chicken has no flavors, it seems like they just adding color to the chicken and called it tandoori. With all the 4 stars reviews, i don't know if I just caught on a bad day. It's ashamed that i want to support different restaurant in my area but with this experience, I definitely will not be a return customer.
When you visit an Indian restaurant, you typically expect an authentic and exclusive taste. Unfortunately, this particular experience did not meet those expectations. While some dishes were enjoyable, others were just average. The ambience was pleasant, the service was good, but the food itself was hit or miss. Ultimately, the quality of the food is a subjective matter and it's up to you to decide if this restaurant is worth a visit.

We have typically gotten takeout from this restaurant, but we chose to eat in yesterday after a long time. We tried their Mushroom Muttar and Paneer Bhurji for the first time and they were absolutely delicious. The Garlic and Chive Naan that we ordered was exceptional; the flavors were amazing! The prices are very affordable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!
