Seriously a miserable experience. Spending 18 dollars on what was undoubtedly unfresh food. Burger patties has a hard crust in theen from being in a heater for to long, same as the chicken sandwich and thee fish sandwich. Not a short nyke picke 0r tomatoe found on my rally burger that the hard patty is far smaller in circumference then the bun. To top that off the crew was not even able to center the smaller burger. In the bun, leaving it loo sided. Apparently there is a national shortage on condiments as the staff failed to apply any at all. I would challenge thee owner or manager to order from their own restaurant at 8pm on a Friday and witness the garbage being served. Unbelievable and shameful ... Thanks for ruining a dinner.
4:00 in the afternoon I pull into the drive through. ?We?re door dash only? Translation we?re trying to go out of business. This is the same restaurant that still owes me $17 for taking my order in that app and when I got there 3 hours before they were supposed to close there was no one there and the lights were off. Corporate was no help. Wouldn?t return my call. Store manager said they have no way to give refunds.
They completely messed up our order and gave us someone else's. The drinks were correct but nothing in the bag was right. We couldn't go back as we were already late. I called, and the manager was very nice and told us to come back any time and they would give us a meal for free next time. I wish they could fix the entrance from Main Street. It's the most awkward turn and very difficult to go in and leave.
The evening manager is one of my favorite people. He has a great personality and is always kind. Sometimes their ice cream. machine is down, but it works more often than it doesn't (unlike McDonalds). Fast drive through, I've never received an incorrect order. Only one lane is open typically.
