NEEDS A NEW NIGHT CREW! Waited an hour for a Doordash order I had to pick up. Staff hella rude . Close it down bossEdit: 4 people on night shift there’s no reason it should’ve taken that long. They were not working as a team ladies up front lazy barely taking orders not making drinks dude with dreads was running all over tryna pick up the slack . Forgot both my drinks on the orders . Someone should be making drinks for the window while they in there getting paid to stand around .
marquis says they're up to 2 o'clock open, what a lie. it wasn't even midnight I placed my order online she took my money 3 minutes later I came into the load and the person who went through rudely said to me that we closed we're closed I explained that I placed a mobile order and that my card was charged, they took my money and with a posture they just said we're closed again so I'm sol out of this money thanks to a lot
This is a quick fix for the tummy. Great food for the price. The burgers here smell taste like Aunt Ernie made them! Full of flavor… i think they add some sort of signature sprinkles on the burger while they’re cooking. I swear on the first bite you’ll be taken back to that old skool govt. cheese-like texture (if you’re familiar with that specific kind of goo melting on the edges of your bread
How y’all gonna forget the large fry AND the ranch side. The chicken sandwich and burger is good but didn’t love just giving y’all 5-6 dollars and not getting food I paid for. I’ve worked in fast food. better lately, but depending on when they go, it could be better to eat. sometimes it's cold before I even get rid of it! because hard earned money is paid, everything should always be done fresh hot, not under a heat light, wait for order. not sure if that is so, but something is if they are not sure what they get every time. but as I said, it has been much better lately.
Let's get this out of the way: Rally's serves very good fast food for the price. It is a fantastic value. You can fill your drunk belly with $6. This location is just a few blocks away from me, the staff are always funny and easy going, and even if there's a line it goes quickly. If you live in the area, you know this place rocks.
Laziest people I've ever met in my life.I've literally been turned Down At least four times before 7:00. All because they were too lazy to make the 2 chicken sandwiches I was going to order. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I bet their boss loves losing business. Hire some better employees if you want ur business to survive
Fast friendly service. The food was hot on a 30 degree night. Three All-American cheeseburgers with ketchup, mustard, and pickle hit the spot for me! Can you see the difference I got on one of them though??? Still no complaints here. Their chocolate milkshakes are deeelish too!! Réservez une table maintenant
Some of the worst cashiers I've ever seen. They were completely rude to all 5 of our group and threw the bags of food instead of gently handing them. No customer service.
