Rally's - Réserver une table

Stopped in to pickup a delivery. After sitting at the window for 2-3 min the employee finally opened the window and just looked at me. Not saying anything I finally told her who's order I was picking up, without a word she closed the window. After severalminutes and watching the employees play around not really worried about making the food. One of the employees finally gave me myfood and I thanked them. Once again without a word the window closed.

Took way too long in the drive thru. Almost 10 minutes. I had to back up and let the two cars in front of me leave. Other than that the burgers are awesome. And you can't beat their fries. Best around.

I'm not understanding how they're open late but only taking Online orders and Doordash orders after 9pm while their workers sit outside on the bench with an empty drive thru

It was kind of dirty, and the staff was super loud and kind of obnoxious. It's North StLouis City, I didn't expect much.

Food was good but need new system can't hear them they sometimes can't hear us
