From the very first bite, I knew I was in for something special. They are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection—these fries truly embody fry excellence! Whether you prefer them classic, topped with chili, or loaded with cheese and bacon, Rally's has something for everyone. The burger meat had an off-putting grayish hue and was quite thin, reminding me of questionable school lunch meat. Even though I was hungry, I found it difficult to eat even half of it—it was simply that unappealing. Honestly, even McDonald's offers better quality. The fries were okay but could have been crunchier. On a positive note, the service was excellent; the person at the window was friendly and accommodating. However, I truly believe that burger was a complete failure. Just thinking about it makes me feel a bit queasy. I really can’t understand how this restaurant is still operating.
The restaurant's hours are quite inconsistent, and I frequently feel let down when they close earlier than advertised without any notice—only to be greeted by blocked lanes and closed windows. Tonight, there was a sign indicating that it was drive-thru only, yet the drive-thru was blocked off as well, which is really frustrating.
They recently introduced a new automated ordering system, which I find quite frustrating. Luckily, I only ordered a few simple items, but I can't help but wonder how it would handle customizations. Can it accommodate all the possible variations? The whole experience felt very impersonal, and I didn't enjoy it at all.

I don’t visit this area often, so I appreciated how easy Rally's was to locate, that it stayed open late, and that we had the option to order from a walk-up window as well as the drive-thru. The outdoor seating was pleasant, our food was tasty, and the kids really enjoyed their vanilla cones.
The burgers are tasty and the seasoned fries are excellent. I'm only giving 3 stars because the outdoor tables need to be cleaner. The tables were sticky and had ants on them, even though it wasn't a busy time. Someone should at least come out and clean the tables.
The current staff are slow to respond to customers. I had to wait 10 minutes after the restaurant opened before receiving any assistance. Even though the cashier knew I was waiting, she took her time to help me.
Make sure to grab some late-night fries from Rally's. They really hit the spot! I had forgotten just how delicious they are. It made for a fantastic late-night snack for me and my family.

Obviously a hard-working crew in the in the wee hours show another person would have made all the difference when getting food to the customer in a timely manner
