I waited about 10 to 15 minutes for my food. At 1:15, both lines were busy, so I decided to approach the cashier. She informed me that they were making fresh sandwiches, and it would take a little longer. A few minutes later, someone asked if I’d like a drink due to the wait, but I declined. When I got home and opened my bag, I found two apple cakes inside. I called the restaurant to let the manager know they did a great job and encouraged them to keep up the good work. My order cost $4.50, and while I know people often complain, I believe a compliment can also make a big difference. Thank you, Rally’s, for the excellent service!
Those fries! WOW!!! Motzy whateva sticks were ok but generally generate a big WHY?? And when did 4 6—must be that New Math they’re teaching at Pearl High School? Minus 1 star ’cause mine was mayo with a Champ. Dang, a dab of that white nasty will do it! Mine looked just like the hog slop we used to throw to the pregnant and nursing sows back in the day. Hey, but the fries were worth it.
This is the best fast food restaurant I have ever visited! The service is fast and friendly! The food is fresh and hot! I went one night really close to closing time. It took a little longer than normal to get my food but when I saw that my food was fresh and hot, I forgot about the wait! I love this restaurant and will drive from the opposite side of town just to visit.
I really enjoy Da Service. I live in Meridian, Mississippi. My job involves delivering for long-distance distribution and working with Railcrew Xpress on the weekends. Da Service is my go-to spot for lunch. I especially love Rally's.

Food was wonderful fresh and delious. The milkshake tasted old though and they weren't exactly listening when I order 2 hamburgers they only gave and charge me for one.
Didn't have to wait long. The worker that took the order wasn't in a good mood. Otherwise it was cool
The young man at the window was very polite and friendly food was hot and fresh
The food was excellent, the service was quick, and it was very affordable.
