it took over 45 minutes to wait for a pick-up order. they ignored us almost 10 minutes in the window. 4-5 employees are in the kitchen speaking while a worker cooked. they have made our order wrong and forgotten our drink. came back to the drink, and that took 15 minutes. would not recommend this location at all. unless you're boring and want to sit in the car for an hour?
rallys eating is still decent, but not almost as good as before. I get that regulatory problems have to happen and that things have to be changed so that companies need to find out how to continue making money and change things, but I don't understand why recipes change. food: 3/5
Man-O-Man has Rallys fallen off... If I could give them no stars I would. No excuses for serving half frozen food., yes I repeat half frozen. Not half cooked. I have pictures of my big half frozen fish sandwich
Waited more than five minutes before they took my order. Asked for Ranch Dressing for dipping, didn't get it. My tenders were warm when I got home, but the fries weren't. Réservez une table maintenant
simply order them from here while they are working and absolutely terrible. cold food, missing items, even if the entry list still manages to get it wrong. badly.
Mcdonalds didn't have their shake machine up during their lunch rush, so I went across the street and had absolutely no problem getting 3 here! Friendly
