Two strikes. I offered my kids and their friends to bring them for treats, after running some errands. We stopped by around 1:30ish just to find out the place was closed. Online hours stated they open at noon. However, we decided to go back later for another very disappointing experience.. the soft serve ice cream was unpleasant and the whipped cream horrible, we couldn?t tell what it was. Needless to say, we won?t be back. Luckily there are other places around to choose from.

I absolutely love Ralph's Ices! I’ve been a loyal fan and customer since their days in Brooklyn. The staff are always so friendly, and I usually leave a generous tip, except when I have to use their ATM. I really dislike that they don’t accept cards and charge a $2.99 fee! It definitely puts a damper on the experience and takes away from my tip.
The staff at this place is always exceptionally friendly, and their water ices are truly the best! I usually go for a large mango, my dad opts for a quart of cherry, and my mom loves the Neapolitan waffle sandwich. Everything we've tried is consistently delicious. The only water ice that I wouldn't recommend (so far) is the green apple flavor. Réservez une table maintenant
My fiancé and I recently found ~RALPHS~ last season, and we absolutely loved it! *Michele* was incredibly kind and personable, and she served us beautifully presented dishes that were full of flavor. We highly recommend visiting for a wonderful overall experience! We're looking forward to returning tonight for our first treat of the season!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location, and I won’t be coming back. If you enjoy Ralph’s ice cream, I recommend visiting the Lincroft location instead; the ice cream and service there are fantastic! But Hazlet? Not so much, as you can see!
I ordered through UberEats and didn’t receive my complete order. My order number is 092A3. I didn’t get the doughnut (I may have spelled that wrong), but I also ordered the cake batter and it didn’t arrive either. Réservez une table maintenant
The best Italian ices you can find! I've been a fan of Ralph's for years, dating back to my time in Staten Island. Everything is consistently fresh and delicious. Life is too short not to enjoy some Ralph's!
