Very disappointed I price out tubs, unfortunately came to this location instead of west Babylon where I had originally priced out. Deer park was a lot more and wouldn’t honor same price. Nothing. Wouldn’t price match another Ralph’s literally 2 miles away. No discount at all and I’m buying the largest tubs! I left and went to other location. I just think as a business owner you would try to keep a client especially buying bulk, it’s all Ralph’s!
As a lifetime fan of Ralph's, it pains me to write this review, but it needs to be said. Requesting a half cake batter and half graham cracker ice might seem like an easy order, but that’s not how it turned out. The two guys working there somehow handed me vanilla chip instead—which doesn't even come close in color. I really miss the knowledgeable staff; it seems like this task is too challenging for these two young men.
I ordered three quarts for a birthday celebration and paid for priority delivery, but they arrived melted. One quart was missing, and the two I did receive only had two flavors each instead of the four we were supposed to get. We spent a significant amount of money, and now our guests are upset and disappointed. This is very frustrating and careless. I will not be ordering from them again!
Visited this location and noticed an employee serving and handling payments without gloves. When I asked if they had gloves available, I was told there were none at the facility for employees to use. I really wanted to enjoy an icee, but given the lack of gloves, especially during a pandemic, I decided against it. Réservez une table maintenant
We arrived 40 minutes before closing time, only to discover that the restaurant was already shut. As we approached the door, the staff was leaving and didn't even glance in our direction. They didn’t bother to apologize for closing early, which was quite disappointing!
Ralph's is fantastic! They offer a wide variety of delicious treats. I absolutely love the Triple Chocolate Ralphie shake! Plus, they have an incredible selection of ices and cream ices (sherbet) — my favorite is Crazy Coconut!
I met a very friendly staff member who was really helpful. There’s a great selection of ice cream flavors, but the prices are on the higher side.
The staff is courteous and professional. They offer a wonderful variety of options at reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit! Réservez une table maintenant
