The flavors are wonderful, and the servers are pleasant. I would give them both 5 Stars. However, the prices are a bit high for ice. Obviously the owners can charge what they want though, because people keep going back. The portions never seen to be thesame though. One time I'll get a large and it's overflowing, while the next time it's hardly over the top. Sometimes my husbandand I go at the same time, order the same size as each other, and they are not even close.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would! The staff is incredibly rude. The prices seem to change depending on who is working; I've noticed that when one particular person is there, the charges are different even when I order the exact same thing. They really need to improve their customer service instead of employing teenagers who always seem unhappy.
Although I usually enjoy Ralph's Italian ices, I have to say that the employees here are incredibly rude and appear disinterested in their work. They often spend long periods chatting in the back while customers are waiting in line to place their orders. I live in Sayville and will make an effort to avoid this location. It's disappointing.
If i could give this place a 0 star i would! The people who work there are so rude. It?s a different price when a specific person works that shift and order the same exact thing each time i go. They need to work on how to do customer service right andnot hire bratty teenagers who are miserable all the time. Réservez une table maintenant
Sayville Ralph's Italian Ices is a good place to get italian ices and ice cream. Tasty. Prices are okay. High school kids working the counter need to brush up on their people skills though.
Quick and friendly service in a wonderful town. Once again, Ralph's ices are absolutely perfect!
