I knew this place was not owned by a Japanese, so the quality of the broth would not be as good. I gave it a try anyway. I ordered tenten ramen and some water. The waitress said Sapporo. I clarified it again by saying no some water. She ended up bringing a bottle of Sapporo, which was fine.. I drank it. The broth was, I hate to say, below average. The egg and some veggies were cold. The Ramen was alright. Sorry. I wouldn't come again. I'm gonna be real. If a ramen place was not owned by the Japanese, it would not be as good. I can speak from my experience and my high standard on Ramen.

Unfortunately, the best part of the review is the staff! They were so sweet and welcoming. The place always seems to be a bit empty and was pretty dark inside. We ordered the Chicken Miso Ramen to-go. The containers they pack them in came in handy. The flavor and texture, just wasn't there for me (but my boyfriend said it was decent and did what it needed to do) especially for the price. You can easily walk 5 doors down and get amazing quality from YoJimbo. As we love giving new businesses a try, we will give this place another try when we can eat it at the restaurant.

I had a craving for Japanese ramen and decided to give Hiroshi's a try. It's a charming restaurant with outdoor seating options. I ordered the Tan-tan ramen, and it was simply fantastic! The broth was rich in flavor, and the ramen was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of springiness in the noodles. It was an ideal meal for a chilly day.

It's great to see a ramen option in Alameda. I visited for lunch on a Monday (yes, a place open on Monday!). The Shoyu ramen was delightful—a generous bowl with two slices of pork chashu, bamboo shoots, nori, egg, fish cakes, lotus root, and a satisfying portion of ramen in a light soy sauce broth. It was a perfect comfort food dish. Réservez une table maintenant

The tantanmen was indulgent and fulfilling, and the presentation was excellent. The noodles and broth are served in a convenient to-go ramen bowl, making it easy to simply pour in the broth. I would definitely order takeout ramen from here again.

The vibe of the staff was chill and the food was incredible! The appetizer wings had amazing flavor, and every time my girlfriend and i took a bite of ramen our heads flew back like “mmmm!!”

Two weeks have passed, and I still can’t stop thinking about their Tonkatsu broth! It’s absolutely amazing!

The broth was a bit lacking, and there was only half an egg, but the flavor was fantastic!
