While they may not have an extensive menu, they offer everything I could want, keeping it simple yet appealing. Their Vienna sausages are always served hot and fresh, with generous portions, and being a Vienna, they’re guaranteed to be tasty. The fries are freshly hand-cut and perfectly seasoned with salt. I also enjoy their shakes. Although their menu isn’t filled with extravagant dishes, they manage to serve some of the finest comfort food I’ve ever tasted. You can always count on fresh, satisfying comfort food at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place, particularly if you're in the mood for excellent hot dogs.

10/2022 4 stars. The restaurant has a classic vibe that seems to have remained unchanged over the years. The interior is pleasant, featuring a few stools at the counter with a view of the outside. It likely started out as a drive-up spot a long time ago. One downside is that it only accepts cash, which is inconvenient since I rarely carry cash these days. The food was decent but nothing remarkable. I had a hot dog that was just a standard Vienna Red Hot – nothing extraordinary and the same as you’d find anywhere else. Also, there are no refills on drinks. I probably won’t be coming back here.

Rand Red Hots has been a source of joy for me since they opened! I'm fortunate to live just 5 minutes away. They serve authentic Chicago-style red hots and Maxwell Polish sausage, accompanied by hand-cut fries. Their shakes are delicious, and honestly, everything on the menu is fantastic. Plus, the young staff behind the counter really put in a lot of effort. It's a great spot!

This place only takes cash and has an ATM machine inside for those who don't have cash. Food is pretty good. Fries were yummy and the flavors of the hot dog was good. Was expecting the dogs to be bigger but was surprisingly small. Good for a snack foodand for the price you get fries with it which is good. Great place to grab a classic Chicago hot dog, or Maxwell Street Polish sausage! We really appreciate that on Tuesday nights in the summer they have a classic car show. Rand Red hots also has soft serve ice cream cones and milkshakes. They're fries are hotand crispy. A great place to grab a quick bite to eat and an ice cold drink.

The fries here are absolutely the best I've ever had! And the lemonade is quite good too! That's usually why I visit this place. I've tried the hot dog a couple of times, and it was decent, but since I'm not really a hot dog fan, I can't comment too much on it.

It's disappointing that they don't offer cheese dogs, chili dogs, or chili cheese dogs—just the standard hot dogs and fries. The food I had was tasty, but I believe they could benefit from expanding their menu a bit. The service was friendly and quick.
