We were inconvenienced when we tried to call ahead of time to place an order. So we get there the young lady was nice even though I was not satisfied with the excuse she have for them not excepting orders for pickup over the phone. So we get homewhich was about 15 minutes away and to our surprise the order was not correct. I called immediately and the manager on dutyassured me that we would be taken care of since we couldn't return. My fiancé had to go to work. He said take pictures and Idid just that. Was in town for a get a way. Really wanted to try Razzoo's because I had heard alot about it. Service was terrible and the meal looked and tasted like it was out of a box. I asked about what was in a drink because it looked good and the bartender just said let me get you a menu. Handed the menu to me and walked away for awhile. (I was only having water but the drink did look good. No silverware was offered until 5 mins after I received my meal, and the manager had to ask if I was ready for my check because the bartender just kept walking by me, and finally disappeared around the back of the counter. We ordered the shrimp étouffée, chicken étouffée, kids' cheeseburger plate, and kids' popcorn shrimp plate. The two étouffées were served over dirty rice and included small roasted bread pieces. The shrimp étouffée had the option to add three types of meat at no extra charge. They all tasted great. The popcorn shrimp batter was thin and just right, allowing you to enjoy more shrimp with each bite instead of a mouthful of batter. The atmosphere was lovely, and our waitress was excellent.

The reason I know is because I was there in November 2021 gave them a glowing review on Yelp. I recind my review want my money back. Horrible.Food left a bitter taste in my mouth. On one occasion, the service was outstanding. During two other visits, it was just satisfactory. I believe the quality of service varies depending on how busy they are, so we're planning our visits more strategically to ensure we receive excellent service. The food, however, has always been fantastic.
We visited Razzoo's Cajun Cafe a few times. The first time, the service was excellent. On the next two visits, it was just okay, which I think depends on how busy they are. To ensure great service, we space out our visits. The food has always been great.
I like the place. I ate with my family my daughter graduation?The foods could be better but the drinks were good. I don?t remembered what I was ordered but it knocked me out cold. My daughter drove me home and told me that they have to carry me inside.
