I absolutely adore the food at Reaction Mass Cafe! My husband and I are big fans of Arclight Brewery, and when they finally decided to offer full-time food service, I was thrilled to discover that it was being provided by Chefs Casey Calie Jean and their exciting new venture, Reaction Mass Cafe! From the delicious grilled cheese with tomato soup to the warm panini-style sandwiches and chili dogs, we haven't come across a dish we didn't love! They even take extra care in packaging the food for takeout, ensuring it stays warm and fresh until you're ready to enjoy it. I highly recommend this fantastic new spot inside Arclight in Watervliet. The food is amazing, and the staff is super friendly!

I'm usually not a fan of Italian Beef sandwiches, as they often either lack flavor in the au jus or end up too soggy — it’s never something I go out of my way to order. However, that was not the case here! It was straightforward yet incredibly tasty! The giardiniera had just the right amount of spice without being overwhelming, the au jus was spot on, and the meat was tender and full of flavor. I could eat that every day! The Atom Bomb...
