Awesome!!! What a great find.... Came in for take out, ordered pad thai, red curry, spicy eggplant and cashew chicken. The food was delicious! The chicken was tender and yummy (no grissle-like many of the other thai places here in KW). The spicy eggplant was perfectly spicy. I can't pick a favourite and will be back to try more from your menu.

Pleasant Surprise in non descript strip mall. The Red Ginger is truly a find. The food is fresh, well made and spices taste authentic. I had the Nasi Goreng and really enjoyed it. My daughter (11), my dad (87) and my husband all enjoy this place. Don't be put off by the location the inside is clean and bright.

Recommend it!. I went to Waterloo to visit a friend and she recommended Red Ginger Modern Thai+Viet for dinner. I ordered the pad thai. I loved it. It was one of the best pad thai I ever had. In addition to the delicious meal, the service was quick. Staff was friendly. I totally recommend it!

I ordered the curry pad Thai, and I was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the speedy service. The lunch and dinner specials are a fantastic deal. I would definitely return to this place again. Réservez une table maintenant

I really enjoyed this restaurant, primarily due to its ambiance. It's a Thai and Vietnamese establishment. I ordered the coconut shrimp, chicken wontons, and chicken fried rice, and everything was fantastic.

Had their green curry after a trip to Thailand; the curry I had here and there were about the same (both amazing). Also recommend the sticky rice/mango dessert.

On the bright side, the food is excellent. I always opt for the Massaman curry, and the tom kha (coconut curry) soup is a great choice as well.

I like the food there especialy basil chicken and basil beef.
