We had a great experience at this restaurant. Ida, who assisted us, was very knowledgeable about vegan options and ingredients in their food. She even checked if we were vegetarian or vegan. She mentioned that they use bullion as a base for some sauces, but they are willing to make dishes without it if requested. It is recommended to ensure that your order does not contain bullion, fish sauce, or egg as they are the main sources of animal products. We tried the Vegetable Fried Rice without egg, which was okay but could use more flavor. The Salt and Pepper Tofu was delicious and very savory, we might ask for garlic next time.
