I recently visited the Red Lobster on Hall Road and Schoenherr and it was hands down the best Red Lobster I have ever been to. We ordered the Lobster, Crab, shrimp scampi, salad, baked potato with butter and sour cream, and of course the cheesy biscuits. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The crab came out perfectly in one piece, which is a rare find and a true testament to the quality of the seafood. I have had Red Lobster at other locations that didn't even come close to the amazing experience I had here. To top it off, we also tried the Vanilla Bean Cheesecake which was out of this world. If you are a fan of crab, lobster, and shrimp like I am, I highly recommend this place.
My Husband, kids and I visited here today and our Waitress Megan was awesome! I mean top tier the best! We’ve been to restaurants around and the service have not been the best due to short staffing. However I was very impressed with the staffing and the great service I observed. Our food was great as well! Good Job chefs. We haven’t been to Red Lobster in years and decided to give it a try today. Very happy we did and we for sure will be back to visit soon. If you go to this location ask for Megan(Meg)!!
My son wanted crab legs so we went for crab legs. We were so happy with our dinner and Austin took amazing above and beyond care of us that night. Super friendly and accommodating he made our dinner out perfect. My son said he made the best chocolate milk ever. Thank you Austin. I would like to mention the ultimate feast had old fishy crab legs. The 2 shrimp skewers only received 1 and the one I did receive tasted old and had fries not rice like I ordered. The salmon tasted old Fish and chips was full of grease. Usually you do a great job and I brag about you all the time. This order was a flop !!!!!! The shrimp platter was very good !!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burger at Red Lobster. It was really delicious. I wish I could thank whoever cooked it that night! The cheesecake was a bit frozen and didn't have the raspberry sauce, but I love cheesecake so I still enjoyed it. And the complimentary biscuits were a nice touch. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
I love Red Lobster, but the food I got tonight is nothing like how they are when you dine in. The biscuits barely had any flavor, they forgot one of my shrimp items for my meal, and the portion sizes are laughably smaller than when you dine in. Ill stick to dining in at this location.

The food is delicious, the drinks are delicious. The wait was 2 hours from he time I got put on the waiting list to the time food came out. 2 full hours. Get ready, you will wait awhile. Pics posted.

Great lunch specials going on right now. Enjoyed Mozz stickes, chicken fingers and side salad. Food was very good.
The clam chowder lacked flavor and the crab legs were dull and overcooked.
