It's been years since I last visited Red Lobster, and my girlfriend and I decided to meet there. When I arrived, I parked in the lot and went inside, giving the hostess the name of our party. She went to check, and soon our waiter, Julian, came to assist us. Although the restaurant seemed a bit short-staffed, Julian did his best to provide good service. I ordered two shrimp linguine Alfredo dishes, and my total came to $37.30. Unfortunately, both servings of pasta were quite dry and lacked enough Alfredo sauce. To make matters worse, I discovered a red hair in one of the dishes, but my hair is brown. I've been to this restaurant many times before, and I've never had an experience like this. I tried calling that night, but the line was busy, and then they closed. The next morning, I was on hold for an hour without anyone picking up. I even called back pretending to place an order to reach a manager, but I was put on hold again and still received no response. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
At first, our server, Tatti, was outstanding. She was thrilled when I mentioned the possibility of giving her a 10-star rating. The food was superb; my children ordered steaks and were thrilled with their meals. I had the lobster stuffed with crab meat, and it was delicious—definitely a great choice. I hadn’t been to Red Lobster in years, so we decided to go tonight. It was fantastic. Our waiter was attentive and helpful throughout the entire meal. The food was delicious, and the bill was surprisingly reasonable. I would definitely visit again.

You did an excellent job of introducing new dishes, such as the salmon options, while still preserving the classic favorites. Today's service was outstanding; I believe Mike was our server, and he did an amazing job! He truly raised the standard!
Red Lobster offers delicious, tasty seafood with perfectly selected ingredients. The location is convenient and includes free parking. The restaurant is clean and well sanitized. However, the prices on the menu are higher than I anticipated.
