Red Lobster Henderson

Well it was not a good start at this location in Henderson I called and asked if I needed a reservation they said no it'll be OK I said well I'm handicapped so I need to know if I need to make a reservation because I can't wait long it's hard for me to be in my wheelchair for a long period of time so they said I should be fine I get there they say I need to wait 30 minutes so that was already a bad start when I said I just called and asked then there was a bunch of tables that were opened and then when I went to the bathroom there were chairs in a hallway so my date had to move all the chairs out of the hallway for me to get into the bathroom And then to get back out there were people trying to come in and it was just a mess then finally got the food and I wasn't told that I was going to be charged $3 extra for Alfredo sauce that's cream and cheese that's ridiculous but I should have been told that it was going to be $3 extra and then she suggested the on drink which is a coniac with something tropical blend the treasure I can't remember what is called treasure or something like that but it was disgusting the Bahama mama was delicious I recommend that to anybody likes drink something tasty get that every time that is delicious and all the food was good but the customer service was not that good That's my only hang up

The food was great!No complaints other than the portion sizing for the sides.Our server was amazing, and paid us with an exceptional amount of attention to make sure we had everything we needed. The steaks we ordered medium rare, were perfectly seasoned, and the meat texture was on point. What a joy it is, when you sit down at a restaurant and you get a good steak!9/10. The lobster tails were a little skinny, but maybe the lobster was trying to lose some weight for summer before he got boiled! The lobster punch was great when paired with all the food, and was not too sweet either, by my surprise. I recommend, when you don't want to cook at home for sure!

First time at Red Lobster. The buiscuits are truly really delicious they dont lie when they are mentioned in reviews. I had lobster and seafood it was delicious ate more that i should have honestly, I followed my meal with a strawberry margarita, ill make sure to come back soon.

I'm so glad Red Lobster revamped their menu and restaurant it reminded me of the old days the food was excellent the drink could have been a little bit stronger lol but the customer service was amazing!!
