I came on a pregnancy craving from 25 minutes away. There were only 3 tables but ironically I waited 15 minutes for a beverage. By the time my food came out I was beyond starving. Everything was slow. Slow service. Slow to get food out. Slow to be seated. When the food came out the lobster was over seasoned. But, it's red lobster I knew what to expect in quality. I simply came for the distinctive taste. The server told me it was only two of them. Which I understand. this evaluation was saved by the server alone. that was waiting was a strange, almost 10 minutes delay with no one before us. There were 2 people who traveled tables, and when the reception came to sit us, she looked around the 5 tables from the 80 tables or so tables present and said "a moment that I must remove some tables first. "I didn't know that 3 people were needed to clean tables to sit a party of two. the server was extremely bright, went out of the way to recommend some extras for our meal times and was on the top of the refills and everything else we could 've needed to the salt. I would give this 5 stars if I only talked about the server.
we usually eat here, but today was not a good day, my steak was so hard, the steak knife had to do most of the work because I did not go definitiw to chew my way through them and my wife did not eat their normal meal, said the fat tasted old. I hope our next time is better because I don't like to eat such a low rating at a good place.
alex was our waiter, he was very patient, a nice, fun loving personality! He kept his own really good in the section where we were, especially he had a big group that came after us. our food came out quickly and it was good, and he did not judge us when we were asked for more cookies, I will ask him the next time I come here!

it was a past since we were in rl, so we thought we would give him another chance....still disappointing. while the biscuits and fried garnels were very good, the salmon was blurred and tasteless and the koleslaw was mad. this restaurant from the list!
Such a great disappointment! I ordered the two lobster tails for thirty dollars! No seafood fork and so shrunken you would have to pick the pieces out with your fingers. Nothing like the picture. Service okay, but very kind and thoughtful!
