I called in my order at 9:30 pm and the staff was friendly while taking my order. I arrived at 9:45 pm, just before closing time at 10 pm, but they were still very welcoming. Despite the late hour and darkness, one of the staff members even walked me to my truck. It was a nice gesture that made me feel appreciated. The turkey burger I ordered was perfect and delicious. Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant.
My family and I visited Red Robin for a meal, and overall, I wasn’t too impressed. I chose a BLT burger with an egg from their menu, but unfortunately, they were out of eggs. The burger was dry, and the buns were somewhat tough. On a positive note, the lettuce, tomato, and bacon were very flavorful. I also tried their garlic fries as a side, and they were outstanding—truly delicious and satisfying!
I used to enjoy ordering the pick two appetizer with cheese sticks and jalapeño coins, but sadly, they no longer have that combo. However, you can still get the cheese sticks as an appetizer and the jalapeño coins as a side. Both the fried cod and BBQ wrap were delicious. Our server, David, gave excellent service—he handled several tables efficiently and was very friendly. Well done, David!
My wife ordered the avocado-cobb salad, but it only had a couple of tiny pieces of avocado and seemed like it was just a bag of iceberg lettuce from Walmart. I tried the master cheese, but I wasn't impressed—I’ve had much better for less money. We also had the Hawaiian bone-in wings, which were excellent. On a positive note, our server was fantastic. I always choose Red Robin because of their dedicated gluten-free menu options. The fries and buns are fantastic—it's so refreshing to have real choices that taste great. The gluten-free bun is especially impressive since most places don’t get it right. If Red Robin could make their fried pickles gluten-free, I’d be absolutely thrilled!
Wife got avo-cob salad had two little bitty pieces of avocado in it and like just a bag of iceberg lettuce from Walmart, I got the master cheese , not impressed I've had a lot better for less money , we also tried the Hawaiian bone in wings and they were great , our server was also very great ,
The food was quite good, but our waitress only checked on us three times during our visit. She forgot to bring my daughter her milk and didn’t refill my drink. However, the manager was very apologetic. He promptly brought us our bill and offered us a 50% discount.
I visited this restaurant several times between 2020 and 2021, and unfortunately, my experiences were not very good. The service left much to be desired; we had a hard time getting drink refills, and no one seemed to come by to check on us. Réservez une table maintenant
We absolutely adored our little waitress, and our bartender was very attentive, taking care of both the fries and the drinks.
