Red Robin - Réservation de table

Went here with a group and had to ask they turn down the AC 4 times. Don't sit in the back area under the glassed area if you want to stay warm. My food was fine but the service was lack luster. One person in our group asked for her burger without something and it came with it. The server was good and asked if she wanted a new one or to take it off. She said just take it off. When the burger came back she cut it in half and the burger was still pink. Not just in the middle the whole way though. Then when she talked to a manager, she only said that it was fine since it was cooked at the correct temperature. What a joke. Came from Cranbrook BC yesterday and had dinner at red Robbin, the food was good (all though my boyfriend didn't approve of the poutine) and the milkshake I had was delicious. The best part about our dinner was the service, we had a younger looking girl with blonde hair named Ali and she was very very kind and made my night with how good the service was. Definitely will go back. I hope this girl gets paid well! She deserves it, from what I saw and experienced her service was far better than the other waitresses (i interacted with three)

In our quest to find all the places in Kelowna that offer good vegetarian/vegan food we stopped yesterday for lunch. It's been a long time since our last visit to Red Robin and we were pleasantly surprised.A standard fare garden burger, but an excellent bun and a nice sauce/toppings made it worth it. The steak fries were great, but the yam fries were exceptional - not too spicy and fresh/hot. Of course fries are 'bottomless' as well.All in all a great offering for vegetarians!

The staff was helpful with the massive menu, pointing out which were his favourites. The kids enjoyed the free refills on the drinks and the fries. Service was quick the burgers were tasty. Will return! Réservez une table maintenant

The food was great, the service was great. the prices were reasonable. There is always a good variety at red robins, prices are ok, its not cheap no matter where you eat.

One star is to much. Meal was not complete. Ingredients missing and problem not resolved even after asking to fix the problem. Slow slow slow!!! Not sure

great service, the food was hot and fresh. The Cabowabo salad was excellen.the deep fried pickles are definitely a must try.
