Great Food. Slow Service. Short on knives!. After singing the jingle for years...Yummmm!, it was time to experience Red Robin. We wondered in around 7PM on a Thursday. The place was moderately full. It is a cross between an Applebees and Upscale hotel bar. Instantly greeted by a college boy. He sat us in the bar in front of the big screens airing hockey. He said that he would be there to help us if we needed it, but that Nessa would be our server. I will divided this review into four categories: 1 Look and feel. I walked in and several employees passed by without acknowledging me, so I decided to sit down and wait. Sunny eventually came over and asked if we had been helped yet; I told her we hadn't. She informed the waitress for our area, but the waitress said she was busy. However, Sunny stepped in and took our order, consistently checking on us throughout our visit. It was my first time at the restaurant, and her excellent service made the experience truly enjoyable. The positive energy she brought was wonderful, and she introduced me to all the specials. The food at this restaurant is fantastic and we always receive excellent service. There is one particular young lady who served us once that I always hope will be our server again, although I can't remember her name. She was the most attentive server I have ever encountered, even at expensive restaurants. It seems like customer satisfaction is a priority at this Red Robin, and it is the only fast food restaurant that I truly enjoy eating at. I even joke with my fiancé about wanting to hire their chefs to live with us. LOL.
We absolutely adore this restaurant! I have been a loyal patron of Red Robin since 1987 when I first visited their location in Scottsdale, Arizona. Even after moving to Minnesota, my family and I still make it a point to dine at the Shoreview location. I highly recommend celebrating your birthday here, the burgers are amazing and the waitstaff even serenades you with a song!

Got take out tonight, the 4 burger family pack. It was amazing! Sooo many fries! Burgers had just the right amount of pink. Generous toppings, all served in containers on the side. This is the way all take out should be. Came in a luggage sized takeout bag. Red Robin, I would have left a glowing survey submission, but your customer survey kinda died on the final step.
The food was hot and tasty, but the service was lacking. My family waited more than 20 minutes after being seated before anyone took our drink orders, and this was on a Monday evening. When the staff did attend to us, they were very friendly, but it’s evident they need additional help, which speaks to poor management.
My husband ordered the fish and chips while I opted for the French Onion soup as there were no burgers available. Despite the busy day, the waiting staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The burgers that the others on our table ordered looked amazing with a great variety available on the menu.
The service staff was fantastic. However, I was not impressed with the burger I ordered as it lacked flavor. It wasn't anywhere near as good as my first experience at a Red Robin.

The atmosphere was wonderful. We came as a group of 11, including a baby. Although the drink names were unique, every beverage tasted excellent.
Good food and the service was excellent. The garlic fries are amazing! Burger cooked perfectly. Margarita was very tasty! Thank you ????
