Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I don't know. I feel like red robin was great a few years ago. as say, mid 2010 's, but it's a bit down since. here, why: 1. burgers are a little underwhelming and small. I remember the days when the burger massiw were, the creativity and the beats led to several napkins-worthy ones that drip from their hands to wipe2. Bottom-less fries are no longer brought into baskets before their burger; it comes with her burger, and the amount is laughing small. Yes, they honor groundless pommes, but every time they ask, they give them small portions at a time. I suppose they don't want to waste food, but still. I had better burger than red robin, in the did, 2016 red robin would fit the list of "better...

Very rude. Worst service EVER!!!!!!! Tonight. I've been going there for YEARS AND I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!! I won't waste another at that establishment. Your bar tender needs an attitude adjustment and I'm sure this isn't the first time she's cost you money and business. I will say my server was nice.Also, You should train you servers not to serve food over babies heads or place hot food in front of them.Red Robin it was a complete fail today. Also, I got charged an entertainment fee... but... didn't even have a tablet at the table, go figure. The moment I walkedin the door, when I asked to be seated somewhere else and the hostess said no, because this server is next up ... I knew...

omg! the bizarre experience. ordered food for delivery and got all my meals with a side of flying! somehow it flies! I don't understand, but it's the most disgusting experience ever! he attacked her and spoke to the manager kelly! She refused to do something about it and tried to accuse the van. the boxes were sealed with stickers that seal them. my man was on the way to turn off the meal, but we decided we will never eat here! if they get sick after eating out this restaurant, I bet it's worms out of the fly in their position! big! and in any case report this facility

Servers are great. Burgers are fantastic. When drank before 2019 I was like thought the brews were ??. I have been coming to a lot of Red Robins since 2012 when I was 17. The whiskey River BBQ burger is my all time favorite with a tower of onion rings and a soda at times too. Don’t forget to leave reviews for big businesses too like this because they are very important to our economy and drive the American dream of turning small businesses in to big ones, which helps us all! Laughable. Miserable hostess with an attitude. The floor was sticky and so was the table. Took 10 minutes to get drinks. Service was slow and they forgot my sons drink until we reminded them. Atmosphere was stale. Food was sub-par. Just an all around poor dining experience, waste of money. The vibe of the dining experience was lifeless. Needs more friendly staff and a better cleaning crew. Not acceptable.

This place has steadily gone downhill. I give up as of yesterday's visit. Our order came extremely fast. Too fast for items to have been freshly cooked. Barely warm soup and undercooked chicken. Salads were chilled and crisp. Asked for silverware and got a fork in a napkin. Had to ask for knives. And there was no Wi-Fi available. Really?

but i ordered last night online and did not recognize until much later that we lacked an article (dessert). they were already closed. it frustrated. and serious. the rest of the food tasted good. I'll get them in the morning. No, I don't want a refund or credit. I want my cake?

the first time and last time at red robin and red robin has nothing from gourmetburgers. for the price burgers are far too small and the amount of frits is also small in which I had better burgers for the same price or less. the service was 10/10. Réservez une table maintenant

Waitress was very friendly, didn't wait long for a seat. Had their impossible burger which was delicious. Food was fresh, endless fries were good. I just don't care for seasoning the put on thr fries. Can't wait to return.

the manager was so friendly and helpful when my online order did not go through. I quickly took care of it and even offered me a drink while I was waiting.
