Updated Review: 12.5.2023 (Downgraded) I ordered the Burning Love burger with a veggie patty and the Scorpion burger with an Impossible patty, using my birthday reward. Initially, the server mentioned my burger would be free with the reward, but when the bill arrived, I was charged for the Impossible patty. The Burning Love burger's veggie patty was disappointingly burnt, and upon expressing concern, the manager claimed it was standard for all veggie patties. This was not our first visit to Red Robin, and the burnt patty excuse was unsatisfactory. The billing discrepancy and the refusal to honor the reward as promised left a sour taste. I don't know. I feel like red robin was great a few years ago. as say, mid 2010 's, but it's a bit down since. here, why: 1. burgers are a little underwhelming and small. I remember the days when the burger massiw were, the creativity and the beats led to several napkins-worthy ones that drip from their hands to wipe2. Bottom-less fries are no longer brought into baskets before their burger; it comes with her burger, and the amount is laughing small. Yes, they honor groundless pommes, but every time they ask, they give them small portions at a time. I suppose they don't want to waste food, but still. I had better burger than red robin, in the did, 2016 red robin would fit the list of "better...
The food was decent and served quickly. The service was satisfactory and the interior was somewhat interesting, although not very clean. The floor was covered in dirt and grime, which made it unpleasant to walk on. Overall, the cleanliness of the restaurant was comparable to a typical Denny's.
the first time and last time at red robin and red robin has nothing from gourmetburgers. for the price burgers are far too small and the amount of frits is also small in which I had better burgers for the same price or less. the service was 10/10.

Very good food. Burger cooked perfectly. Service was exceptional. I believe our servers name was Katelyn. Very attentive.
I dined at the restaurant early on New Year's Eve. The food was enjoyable, but the waitress was not very attentive.
