the picture says everything. this is the third time in 4 months I was in this restaurant every time when I stressed well done. it is possible that they cannot make a well-made burger. the earlier time it was like a passive aggressive attempt to make a well-made burger, where the burger was half well done half well. this time a quarter of it was badly made and obviously pink, so I don't know if they have an odd shaped grill or what. I'm just saying I'm done with red robin, eating in red robins all over the country, but this one in st. pete has always done the same thing. we came here to get milkshakes and pommes and the service was terrible. when we went, there were no tons of people in the restaurant, because over the half of the place was empty. the waitress didn't really pay us a mine, and she didn't check the status of our order, even after she sat there too long for color and nothing came out. it took 25 minutes until milkshakes came out, which is limitless. even worse was that the milkshakes were terrible. it was not allowed to change the cold milk (no says anything about what a milkshake is, it was completely tasteless, not sweet, and was hardly creamy.) I remember that the milkshakes were great from here, but that were terrible. 0/5 if I could

would give 0 if possible used to love red robe had a nice atmosphere and good menu we visited this location and was very disappointed restaurant was empty at the arrival (now I know why server was rushing for us, our ordering in table was sticky and chairs were wet we ordered chicken wings did not come with the right sauces and yukon chips were soggy for $12

the 3 hostesses said there were no standings (see photos) and we would have to wait 10 minutes. After 30 minutes we asked ourselves again and they finally got us a two-seater. there was only one waiter who was also bartender and busboy, not sure why there were 3 hostes on Thursday afternoon, but only 1 waiter.

What a great eatery. Came in was greeted quickly and seated. Waiter was fast and remembered us from a former visit. The new brisket burger was good, the Madlove burger was an explosion of flavor and the fish and chips was very good with four amazing pieces of fish.
