Zero stars is not an option, so 1 star it is. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere bred disorganization and negativity. The hostess greeted me with the phrase I 'm basically on my own today, but managed to seat my family in a few minutes. We sat down and witnessed several waitstaff complain about each other and the other guests, including an elderly couple who were helping each other get their coats on. 4 words for ya MY NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT. Seriously, I haven't had an experience this good in I don't even know how long. I got the chicken tenders and french fries (clucks and fries as they would call it). Nothing but incredible. It was high quality and not something you would expect from a chain restaurant such as this. The atmosphere was above and beyond, the staff was super nice. Went to dinner with son and his father, the server was extremely nice. said the manager might have an issue with us using the stroller as his high chair. (We had all his stuff and our shopping bags in the chair as well- it was quite a bit) but he said as long as the manager didn't say anything or see it he wasn't gonna bring it up. Would of made things a lot more difficult for us so definitely a family friendly restaurant. All the food was great. Amazing burgers. Our 17 mo ate all his food and some of our food too. We drove over 30 minutes to visit this location since the Cherry Hill, NJ location is not so great. We waited to be seated, wait was not long. Our booth was quite dirty. We ordered burgers, some of us had regular fries and I had sweet potato fries which were cold and hard. My southern charm burger had a stale bun and didn't taste freshly made. After requesting a refill basket of sweet potato fries we were happy for hot fresh, amazing fries!! Réservez une table maintenant
Food was great at this location, much better than other ones I've been to. Service was a little slow but they were totally swamped and definitely understaffed. Everyone was so friendly despite being clearly overwhelmed. Wish the bartenders were more consistent, my partner ordered two of the blue chill and she swore the second one wasn't even the same drink. Overall, though, it was a great experience.
Red Robin is exactly as you would expect. The milkshakes are delicious, but the burgers are just average. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and the food is always served hot, with the exception of the milkshakes, of course. I suggest visiting during happy hour, which is from 3pm to 6pm on weekdays, for the best deals.
